Due to the use of thick sheets and/or welding of large and heavier units, we have two blasting machines available for subsequent scaling. For larger parts and assemblies we use OTECO blasting box sized 6 m x 4 m x 3 m; for smaller parts and sub-assemblies we use OTECO suspension blasting machine. For abrasive blasting of materials we use sharp-edged grit, with which we adhere to the quality of blasted surface according to CSN ISO 8501-1 SA2,5 for very thorough blasting.

When using nitrogen firing and Fiber laser methods, an undesirable burring occurs from the underside of the fired material. Manual deburring is very laborious and moreover, it is not possible to guarantee proper deburring of all creases, complex shapes and small holes. In the case of a subsequent surface treatment, the durability of the parts which have been deburred before the surface treatment is considerably longer, since otherwise a sufficient surface coating cannot be secured on a sharp edge. That is why we have included a deburring machine in our production program, with which we can meet the requirements of even the most demanding customers.
