PERSONNEL QUALIFICATION LEVELS
- Welding supervision according to CSN EN ISO 14731 with qualification IWI (EWI) and IWT (EWT)

- Professionally qualified staff – Regulation V95/5 for welding of rail vehicles
- Welding personnel certified according to CSN EN ISO 9606-1, Methods 135 and 141

POWER SOURCES FOR WELDING
- Methods 135, 141 and 142 – manual welding
- We use semi-automatic welding machines Fronius and ALFA
- Total approx. 50 units of welding sources
- Stud welding (method 786 according to CSN EN ISO 4063)
- 3 units of welding source Prowel PRO-C 1500 with PKM-101/1B guns
- The power sources are suitable for welding elements according to DIN EN ISO 13918 and the welding methods according to DIN EN ISO 14555
